Where I Come From
For more than two decades I have helped growing companies bring order to complexity. My experience spans mechanical contracting to retail. Leading operations, scaling teams, and improving what matters most.
My experience was built on the floor, not in a boardroom. From a family farm and grocery operations to farm stores and HVAC, I’ve spent my career close to the work—leading people, solving operational problems, improving performance, and helping businesses grow without losing what made them successful in the first place.
